Haven House is a shelter and program serving victims of family violence primarily in Butts, Henry, Jasper, and Lamar counties of Georgia.
The Problem
In 2021 alone, there were 42,285 reported incidents of family violence in Georgia.*
Family violence is a pattern of abusive behavior in any relationship that is used by one partner to gain or maintain power and control over another intimate partner.

One of the easiest ways to support Haven House is by donating gently used household items and clothing to Blessings Thrift Store. As survivors and families rebuild their lives, we’re able to provide them with home furnishings like beds, dressers, dining tables, living room furniture, cookware, and dishes. Your donations will go directly to families in need.
